Journey by Mediavine
In 2024, I was tasked with creating and maintaining the Design Library and several flows for Mediavine’s offering to smaller publishers, Journey. This would later be consolidated into Mediavine’s main site as a product tier in 2026 (thank goodness), but I’d still like to share some select screens and user flows.
A Friendly Place To Land
Here, I created a landing page for Journey’s onboarding process, pitching publishers on the pros of joining Journey, and an inviting CTA to get the process started. The lightweight iconography, generous whitespace, and colorful assets create an experience that is both inviting and relaxing.
Connecting to your Google Analytics Profile
This page is our Google Analytics Profile selection page; in order to decrease user friction, we automatically pull the user’s GA4 profile and their affiliated sites if they signed up to Journey through Google.
We have a colorful custom dropdown with plenty of negative space to give users ease of profile selection.
This is your sign to Sign Up
A quick, easy to read sign up page for Journey. We pre-fill what we can, or give the users ways to skip the registration entirely by signing on with Facebook or Google.
As for our Terms (of Service)…
Once the user has created or logged into their account, the account sidebar appears! If this is the first site the publisher is onboarding onto Journey, they have to agree to our Terms of Service. This is the screen for that.
Dig in, Shall We?
After a publisher has finished onboarding, bam! This is the quick view of their analytics page. They have a to-do list for any errors or optimizations they can complete to increase site performance, and graphs of their Earnings, RPM, CPM, Sessions, and Pageviews.
